I keep getting the message “Unfortunately tickets to this event are not available online. Please call the Box Office…” - why?
This may be for a variety of reasons. The performance you require might be sold out, or have a very limited amount of seats left e.g. 3 individual single seats), or it may be due to a special offer code that is only applicable over the phone. Do not be alarmed, simply call the Box Office on 02 9351 7940

Contact the Seymour Box Office on 02 9351 7940 (Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm and Saturday 11am – 6pm) to speak to a Seymour staff member, or e-mail and we will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible.
