Bud Petal's Album Launch

Cerebral art-folk musician Bud Petal launches his debut album Turtledoves & Oatstraws
Bud Petal's music has been described as cerebral art-folk; like a chance meeting on a dissecting table of a sewing machine, an umbrella, Noam's Chomsky's book Year 501: The Conquest Continues, and early Bob Dylan; the music Lord Byron would be making had he lived in the 21st century and taught himself how to play the guitar; what you get if you mix love, politics, and surrealism; and the feeling one gets when drowning within a sea of smiles.
Bud Petal will be launching his debut album Turtledoves & Oatstraws. The album was recorded with producer Tony Dupé (Holly Throsby, Fergus Brown, Jack Ladder, et. al.) in his home studio in Kangaroo Valley on the south coast of NSW. The album is out now on Green Media/MGM.
Special guests to play on the night are: Deaf Hedge, Chris Gillespie and The Wandering Hands and The Fantastic Terrific Munkle
